Easy and yummy!
Ingredients per Egg:
1 Large Egg
1 Piece of Toast
1 Oz grated white cheddar cheese. Any cheddar will work
1 Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
Garnish with Chives or Green Onions
Loosely spread cheese over a non stick pan. Spread out enough to fold over egg when the time come.
On medium high (6 on our dial), fry cheese until golden brown, sprinkle red pepper flakes onto cheese then place egg at center of the cheese. Let cook until the white of the egg sets up. It helps to break the white part of the egg so it spread out and cook quicker if you want an egg that is a little runny. Pretty hard to burn cheese, btw.
Toast your fav bread.
Fold cheese over egg and place on toast. Garnish with chives or green onion.
Because of the salt in the cheese, we never use any for this recipe.
