AMAZING Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

Takes a few minutes and better than anything off the shelf.

Note:  We love a great Chicken Caesar Salad......really all year around, but Summer in-particular.  I think I ran across this recipe at Robert and Lisa Folie's house many years ago.  It really is the best and easiest I've found.  Tomato credit to The Helman's!

Make at least and hour before use and refrigerate after making it.

Ingredients

2     Garlic Cloves (More if you want it spicy like me!)
1/2  Cup Mayo
2     T Red Wine Vinegar
2     t Dijon Mustard
2     t white wine
2     t Worcestershire sauce
1     t  Anchovy paste
1/4  t fresh ground pepper

Instructions

Put mayo into a bowl.  Peel garlic and press into mayo.  Add all other ingredients and whisk together until creamy.  Chill!  Man, Chill!

Pampered Chef Garlic Press.  Bought over 20 years ago and is still awesome!
