To Die For Alfredo Sauce

Simple Restaurant Quality Alfredo Sauce

Note:  We like to serve this with Grilled Blackened Chicken.  Perfect Compliment.  This recipe comes from All Recipes and we got turned onto it by my brother Bob.

Ingredients:

1    Cup/Cube Butter
3/4 Pint of Heavy Cream
1    Dash of Garlic Salt
3/4 Cup of gated Romano
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Garnish with fresh Basil if you have it.

Instructions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccini and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain

In a large saucepan, melt butter into cream over low heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Stir in cheese over medium heat until melted; this will thicken the sauce.

Add pasta to sauce. Use enough of the pasta so that all of the sauce is used and the pasta is thoroughly coated. Serve immediately.

Pro Tip:  Get one of these.  They are a gimmick that works.  It will continue to stir your cream sauce as you prepare the salad or other sides.
